Shipping & Returns



Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic the demand for online ordering has increase dramatically for our supplier.

This may added an addition day or two to have your order shipped to us.

We will be in contact once it arrives.


Effective immediately our supplier has inform us that they will be placing limits on food products.

Each customer will now be limited to 3 of each food product per month.




All orders are shipped to our clinic within 2-4 business days. We will give you a call to let you know when your order has arrived. 


Our clinic hours are as follows: 

Monday: 7:30AM - 6:00PM

Tuesday: 7:30AM - 6:00PM

Wednesday: 7:30AM - 6:00PM

Thursday: 7:30AM - 7:00PM

Friday: 7:30AM - 6:00PM

Saturday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM

Sunday: Closed




  • Any Hill's or Royal Canin food can be returned to our clinic for a full refund if your pet did not eat it and the expiration date is greater than 1 year from date of return. If the expiration is less then 1 year from the date of return, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
  • If any pet accessories arrived defective/damaged (ie cat water fountain, motorized cat toys, leashes or collars) please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
  • Any items ordered in error must be returned to the clinic unopened within 7 bussiness days of the ordering date for a full refund. Any items ordered in error and returned after the 7 business days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
